Welcome to
Walker Middle School

We support the philosophy that all children can learn and that education of the whole child is a fundamental responsibility.  Through collaboration in an atmosphere of mutual respect and cohesiveness, all stakeholders (administrators, teachers, school staff, students, parents, and community) assume responsibility for each student's education.

Our mission is to encourage, enlighten, and empower students to become productive members of a democratic society.  A challenging curriculum and secure school environment will ensure opportunities to promote an educational environment and will ensure opportunities to promote self-discipline and foster self-respect.  Through exploration of limitation and the development of potential, students will achieve optimum success.
