Welcome Parents, Teachers, & Students

The Parent-Teacher-Student Organization was organized to enhance parent and school relations, encourage interest in the school and it's students, and to lend support to the school and staff.  If you are interested in helping the PTSO, please contact Walker Middle School.

Below are fundraising activities that we collect for our school.





We collect Box Top$ for Education labels, Tyson Project A+ labels and Campbell's Labels for Education.  Please help support your child's school by collecting the labels and sending them to school in a Ziploc bag with your students name on it. It's easy and profitable!
Get your friends and relatives to help too!

Activities Planned for the School Year: (information provided as the activity approaches)
EACH NINE WEEKS
Box Tops Contest
Each student that brings in box tops will receive a prize.  The winning class will also get a special
SURPRISE.

SEPTEMBER
National Constitution Day
The PTSO, along with the Lions Club of Jesup, purchase booklets containing the Constitution,
Amendments, Bill of Rights, and important dates in history to give to 8th grade students.

OCTOBER
Truck or Treat
The PTSO participates in the Trunk or Treat at Smiley Elementary School.

DECEMBER
The Santa Shop
The Santa Shop will be opened for students to personally select and purchase a gift for the special
people in their life.

JANUARY
Academic Bowl
Questions will be in all subject areas.

FEBRUARY
Treats for Valentine's Day
Students, teachers, and parents can purchase a Valentine's Day treat for someone special.

MAY
Annual Talent Show
The Talent Show is an opportunity for students to show case their talent.
It takes the involvement of everyone to insure the growth of our children.
